Notarization
A notarized letter or document is certified by a notary public, a licensed public officer who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of documents and establishes the authenticity of the signatures. A notary's signature and seal are required to authenticate the signature on your letter or legal document.
Apostille
An Apostille is a certificate that authenticates the signature of a public official on a document for use in another country.

•Driver’s license issued by Mexico or Canada
•U.S. passport (or passport card)

•Inmate identification card issued by the California Department of
•Corrections and Rehabilitation if the inmate is in prison or any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department if the inmate is in custody in a local detention

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
1. Your unsigned documents completely filled out.
2. A valid government-issued photo ID
3. Any required creditable witnesses

Can you notarize documents at hospitals, nursing homes, or hospice facilities?
Yes, I travel to any location that is best for you including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.
Can my ID be on my phone?
NO, digital or photocopies will NOT be accepted. All signers must have an original, valid (unexpired) government-issued photo ID physically present.
Can you notarize for someone who is unable to communicate or appears mentally impaired?
The signer must be willing to sign and aware of what they are signing. They also must be able to communicate. If these requirements are not met, the notarization cannot proceed.

•Deposit fee must be sent in order to confirm appointment.
•Appointments may only be rescheduled within 24hrs notice. Any changes to your appointment less than 24hrs will require you to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit fee.
•Please be prompt to your appointment time. All signers must be present within 10 minutes of the confirmed appointment time.
•All signers must have valid government-issued ID present.
•All documents must be fully completed before appointment start time. The only section that should be incomplete is the signatures required.
